The board game "Hush House" is the output of a synergetic effort by Tanya Mishra, Savitha Chivukala, and Sayan Biswas.
The challenge we took was to build a board game that makes players constantly doubt each other with the power of "betrayal". The idea was inspired by the physical game Mafia. The goal was to transfer the similar intense emotions of the physical game to a board game. After multiple iterations, we came up with a 3- to 12-player board game Hush House. It is about strategically revealing others' identities (ingredients) while keeping their own identity a secret to win!
We designed a compact pocket-size instructional manual that could be folded into a small brochure and packed within the board.

Game Dynamic Design
- We know why we design, but it was our first time to design something not to solve anything but to bring excitement and interest. Well, that is also a function of design— it needs to be playful! After discussing within the team, we realized our intentions of creating a board game. We wanted to bring in the feelings of betrayal, doubt, speculation, and disguising identities.
