I was a part of the Innovation Team, and as part of my graduation project, I worked on the Titan National Kazien Mela, which is an amalgamation of a virtual gamified learning [platform, a physical event presenting the best Kaizens, and an award ceremony for winning Kaizens. This project began in February 2023, and the online platform was launched on November 20, 2023, followed by the physical events on December 5–6, 2023. We conducted user research, had conversations, and brainstormed ideas for various features to be a part of the platform (quizzes, engaging visuals, interactive chat features, rating and bookmarking, and many more).
As one of the only two designers working on this project, it has been a great learning experience. I have handled the marketing collaterals (both physical and digital), the landing page of the website, the UI/UX of the platform, the branding and identity, all physical event collaterals, as well as the virtual spatial building itself.
